No matter how small your space, there is always room for a garden! Small gardens can actually be easier to design and care for as all your plants are concentrated in one close space. Fertilizer is not wasted, pest and disease control is easier, and garden design becomes more focused, making for a more powerful statement. Let's not overlook that a small garden is more econmical as well! (Less space in the garden= less garden art, plants, and hardscaping to pay for!)
Container gardening is a great solution for small gardens as it is portable, takes up little space and can offer a great creative outlet. Everything from flowers to herbs and vegetables can be grown in containers...you can even have water gardens in containers!
