Drought Resistant? Yes.
Perennial? Yes, some also self seed.
I was lucky enough to become familiar with Sea Thrift when some self seeded in my yard from a neighbors. Thrift is a semi evergreen grassy border plant, with pink, red or white ball like flowers in spring. Drought resistant in my high desert area, makes a great edging plant.
Blooms in the spring, and if cut back, will rebloom. Grows from 12 to 24 inches high, depending on variety.
